To secure a booking, a deposit or full payment must be made as specified during the reservation process. A booking is only confirmed once we receive the payment and issue a formal confirmation email. The remaining balance (if any) must be paid before the commencement of the tour or upon arrival, as agreed upon during booking. We accept various modes of payment including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payment gateways.
We make every effort to operate our tours as described on our website. However, Golden Triangle India Packages reserves the right to modify or change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, VIP movements, monument closures, traffic conditions, or strikes. If an alternative arrangement needs to be made, we will ensure it is of a similar standard to the original plan.
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they possess a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the travel date) and the required Indian visa (e-Visa or standard tourist visa). Clients are also responsible for meeting any health or vaccination requirements necessary for entry into India.
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their trip. Your insurance should cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, loss of luggage, and expenses associated with the cancellation or postponement of your tour. We are not liable for any personal loss or injury during the tour.
Golden Triangle India Packages acts only in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, and other contractors providing services. All receipts, tickets, and vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by the contractors. We shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss, injury, or damage to persons or property resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, machinery breakdown, acts of government, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, or thefts.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
